Fleo

Project & Account Management
Sep 2021 — Feb 2022
Project Overview
Fleo wanted to move to a headless storefront because of site speed and creative flexibility. As an activewear brand, it was crucial to include high-quality imagery of their apparel in use across the site without hits to performance. Using Shogun Frontend, Form Factory built a super responsive site equipped to handle advanced functionality. A great example is FLEO's collection and product pages that instantly check real-time inventory across hundreds of variants to show customers which colourful prints are available in their size.
My Contributions
I led the delivery of the Fleo headless store, where I managed a UX/UI designer team and five developers. By migrating projects from GitHub to Jira, implementing SCRUM, building team morale, and working more hours in the weeks before and after launch, I delivered the project on time with outstanding quality. The client was delighted with my services, the new store features, and the site speed.
