Cloud Posse builds production-ready AWS infrastructure using Terraform, GitOps, and multi-account architecture. The company is open-source-led and community-driven — one of the most influential infrastructure companies in the AWS ecosystem.
I joined as the company's sole TPM in May 2023, reporting directly to the CEO. Over three years, I owned the full operational backbone of the business.
As the sole TPM, I owned delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements — from scoping and staffing through milestone tracking and escalation management. Clients included Vanguard, Bread, DriveWealth, SpotOn, SmithRx, CareCloud, BrightAI, Butterfly Network, kin., NCSA, and a dozen others.
I led the full migration from Jira to Linear across the company — tool evaluation, data migration, workflow redesign, and team onboarding. Alongside that, I rebuilt the internal operating cadence: weekly rhythms, async communication norms, and decision-making frameworks that reduced noise for leadership.
I was the internal owner of Cloud Posse's AWS Partner Network relationship — managing compliance requirements, co-sell activities, and the AWS Sales Accreditation program. This included coordinating with AWS Partner Development Managers and keeping the company in good standing as an AWS Premier Partner.
