Interactive Producer · Jul 2015 – Jul 2016
For the Rio 2016 Olympics, Google sold a branded content platform to 4 major Brazilian brands. "All of Brazil Plays" (O Brasil Inteiro Joga) was a personalized feed of original Rio content — daily videos and 42 custom-designed minigames — where each user's experience was tailored to their interests and continued across programmatic banners on the web.
As Interactive Producer, I was embedded in the operations: keeping the platform running before, during, and after the Games — managing partners, QA-ing builds, publishing content, and running live production at scale.
With 4 major Brazilian brands as stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned required tight operational control. I owned scheduling, reporting, financials, and risk — making sure the platform delivered against every client commitment.
The platform ran on daily content — videos, games, and personalized feeds. I managed the content pipeline, taxonomy, and publishing systems to keep the experience fresh throughout the full Games window.
With millions of users watching the Games, there was no room for bugs or broken experiences. I led QA across UI, UX, and development, managed sprint cycles, and ran live production throughout the full event window.
Whether you're hiring for a senior ops role or looking for a strategic partner — I'd love to hear about it.
